Bardhi, shqiptari që preku ëndrrën – takoi 50 Cent

Bardhi është student i arkiktekturës në univesitetin e Vienës dhe njihet si njeri me shpirt të artistit. Portretet e tij kanë lënë pa fjalë shumë njerëz dhe në mesin e shumë njerëzve që kanë mbetur të shtangur, ka qenë edhe reperi legjendar amerikan, 50 Cent.
Një qendër tregtare në Vienë të Austrisë ka qenë vendi ku 50 Cent ishte paraparë që të promovojë brendin e tij të kufjeve SMS Audio dhe në këtë ngjarje të hapur për fansat ka qenë i pranishëm edhe i riu nga qyteti i Rahovecit.

Në një video të publikuar në internet, shkëputur nga ky film, për 32 sekonda dëgjohet kënga e Rovenës “Çka m’ka syri”.
Menaxherja e këngëtares, Elisa Stefa, ka konfirmuar për Indeksonline se kjo këngë është zgjedhur nga stafi profesional i filmit me buxhet prej 30.000.000 dollarësh.
Sipas Stefa, marrëveshja u nënshkrua ndërmjet produksionit holivudian të njohur DMD Productions, LLC c/o IM Global 8322 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA dhe “TE ROVI” Production dhe është e para kontratë për përdorim të një kënge shqiptare në një film të Holivudit, e cila ka sjellë natyrisht edhe përfitime materiale për Rovenën.
Në këtë film, përveç Colin Farell, luajnë edhe aktorë të tjerë të njohur të Hollywood-it, si Noomi Rapace, Terence Howard si dhe aktori me origjinë shqiptare James Biberi.

Sipas një studimi të publikuar në gazetën “The Sun”, 20% e femrave (ose një në pesë gra) nuk e kanë provuar kurrë kulmin e kënaqësisë gjatë marrëdhënies seksuale
E përditshmja britanike “The Sun”, ka publikuar së fundmi përfundimet e një studimi, sipas të cilit pothuajse 20% e femrave nuk e kanë ndier kurrë orgazmën gjatë marrëdhënies seksuale. “Anorgazmia”, termi me të cilin përkufizohet pamundësia për të arritur orgazmën, duket se është mjaft e përhapur mes popullsisë femërore.
Të intervistuar nga gazeta angleze, disa mjekë dhe seksologë shprehën opinionin e tyre në lidhje me këtë problem, duke përmendur edhe disa prej faktorëve, me natyrë fizike dhe psikologjike, që mund të ndikojnë në nxitjen e kësaj anomalie.
Shkaku i parë është abuzimi me barna të ndryshme, si antidepresivët, gjë që është vendimtare në jetën seksuale të femrave duke vonuar orgazmën ose duke e bërë pothuajse të pamundur arritjen e saj.
Sipas David Edwards, anëtar i “British Society for Sexual Medicine”, ka raste kur mosarritja e kënaqësisë seksuale mund të jetë një kambanë alarmi për sëmundje që akoma nuk janë diagnostikuar: për shembull lubrifikimi i paktë vaginal mund të tregojë praninë e një forme diabeti ende të pashfaqur.
Edhe alkoolistët kur konsumojnë alkool në sasi të mëdha mund të kenë një efekt analgjezik dhe sedativ (qetësues), duke bllokuar impulset ndijore në nivel lokal dhe qendror, duke ngadalësuar SNS-në (Sistemin Nervor Simpatik) e si pasojë duke penguar kënaqësinë seksuale.
Një faktor tjetër i rëndësishëm është stresi: një mendje e lirë dhe pa shqetësime të mëdha mund të çojë në një marrëdhënie seksuale pasionante dhe të lehtësojë arritjen e orgazmës.
Gjithashtu trupi nuk duhet të jetë shumë i çlodhur: tensioni muskulor është tepër i rëndësishëm. Malcolm Vandenburg, ekspert i shëndetit seksual, shpjegon se mekanizmi i transportit arrihet duke përdorur tensionin muskulor për të lehtësuar ndjenjat e kënaqësisë, përmes kontaktimit të muskujve të këmbëve, të barkut dhe vitheve.
Faktor tjetër që nuk duhet anashkaluar është ushqimi: një dietë shumë e pasur me yndyra ndikon negativisht në performancën seksuale, duke ulur ndjeshmërinë e organeve gjenitale.
Për të rritur ndjeshmërinë dhe dëshirën seksuale duhet të konsumohen shumë frutat dhe zarzavatet. Edhe pse mund të duket banale, duhet theksuar se për ta ndier njëqind për qind kënaqësinë seksuale para marrëdhënies gjithmonë duhet urinuar, me qëllim që kjo nevojë të mos ndërhyjë dhe të ndalojë arritjen e orgazmës.
Në fund, gazeta angleze i ka kushtuar goxha vëmendje edhe faktorëve psikologjikë që luajnë një rol shumë të rëndësishëm në orgazmën femërore. Ka shumë gra që mendojnë se nuk mund të arrijnë orgazmën, por pasi bëjnë kontrollet e nevojshme, zbulojnë se kanë anomali ose keqformime.
Në qoftë se kjo është e vërtetë, në raste të rralla, në shumicën e rrethanave, bëhet fjalë për shqetësime të tepruara që rrisin pasigurinë dhe ankthin e imunitetit, duke larguar gjithnjë e më shumë kënaqësinë nga fusha e erotizmit.
Një mënyrë e keqe jetese, shqetësimet, ankthi i vazhdueshëm në lidhje me partnerin ose veten janë faktorë që prishin ndjenjën e qetësisë dhe besimit, të cilat karakterizojnë momentin e orgazmës.
Prandaj për të pasur një performancë të shkëlqyer seksuale duhet t’i keni parasysh të gjithë këta faktorë dhe veçanërisht të vlerësoni rolin e shkëmbimit e të lojës, në mënyrë që të ndieni eksperiencën e orgazmës duke e lënë veten të lirë.

A do të jetë më e ashpër loja mes banorëve këtë vit, nisur nga ato që kemi dëgjuar?
Nuk do të jetë më e ashpër. Më shumë se e ashpër, besoj do ta futim në ato shina ku ti të marrësh vëmendjen e publikut, ndaj banorët duhet të jenë më aktivë. Kemi bërë diçka që t’i vendosë banorët në një lloj aktiviteti më të madh, sidomos psikologjik. Nuk po flas për lojërat e javës apo surprizat e ndryshme. Ajo që do të ndryshojë është se nuk do të ketë më banorë që vegjetojnë dhe s’do të ketë më përllogaritje kë do të nominojë apo jo.

Do të shihet një natë që nuk ka lidhje fare me 5 vite që ne kemi parë. Kjo është pak, por e sigurt. Do prezantohen banorët dhe sekretet e tyre. Publiku do jetë në dilemë shumë të madhe, sepse asnjëherë nuk do të prezantohen në raport të drejtë cili është profili i personazhit dhe sekreti përkatës. Do të prezantohen sekretet që nuk i dinë as familjarët e banorëve që do të futen në shtëpi.
Sa banorë do të futen të shtunën?
Do të futen rreth 16 banorë. Profilet do të jenë si zakonisht, të larmishme. Ka shumë banorë që vijnë nga jashtë realisht dhe ajo që më bën shumë përshtypje është se ata pavarësisht se jetojnë jashtë, mendojnë shumë më tepër për Shqipërinë sesa ne që jemi brenda në Shqipëri. Kanë një lidhje afektive me Shqipërinë, e cila duket gati e pabesueshme. Janë në profesione të mira apo që kanë arritur edhe gjëra të mira andej dhe prapë e kthejnë kokën nga vendi i tyre. A Chinese restaurant favorite. My personal favorite version. :)
For the Chicken
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch cubes
For the Sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons chinese rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
For the Rest
peanut oil
cornstarch, for dusting
8 small dried hot chili peppers
1/4 cup finely sliced green onion
4 cups broccoli florets, steamed

During an appearance on the Letterman show in the US she was quizzed about her relationship status, she replied:
‘No, I’m single. I’m so good.’

Chris Brown is ‘grateful’ Rihanna forgave him for assault
He turned up for a stint on the breakfast programme to chat about his new album, however talk inevitably turned to the vicious assault on his girlfriend and his subsequent reunion with her.
Seacrest began by asking Brown how he was going to win back fans who’d perhaps abandoned him after the incident.
Brown responded by saying that he was trying to be a more “mature” and “humble” human being. He added that the greatest lesson he’d learnt was:
“That I could lose it all. And I don’t mean just fame, I’m talking about dignity and integrity.”
He went on to tell the presenter that he’s “eternally grateful” that his other half eventually forgave him for his horrendous act of aggression, saying:
“I just tried my best to be the best man I could be over the years and just show her how remorseful and sorry I was for the incident and that time was probably the worst part of my life

Explaining how he lost control Chris said that at the time he was “arrogant and definitely hot-headed.” He added:

Contradicting twhat he said about five sentences beforehand, Chris then talked about his relationship in its current state saying:

But luckily, I’ve already gone through all those failures for you (until I discovered this killer technique), and can present the best way to avoid failure and shortcut right to success. Sound good?
The Kiss Technique
The Kiss Technique makes it so that when you’re speaking to a woman, you can intentionally give off subconscious triggers that will make her think about kissing you! Pretty powerful stuff…
If you use this technique, suddenly making a woman want to kiss you will be something you have control over. If you decide to “wing it” in the stage like most guys, however, you’re going to run into problems…
First, you won’t know how physically receptive she is to kissing you. A tried and true rule to go by is this:
Your hesitation = Her reservation The more you hesitate, the worse your chances get, because she starts to build up all sorts of red flags and reservations. When you go to lean in for the kiss and you don’t do it the right way at the right time, you’ll come off as needy (like you don’t have a lot of options with women) because if you did have a lot of options, you wouldn’t be worrying about the kiss with this girl.
So how do we show that you are absolutely NOT needy (even if you kind of feel like you are) and provide a way so that you will not fear rejection because you will know for sure ahead of time that she is wanting to kiss you?
We use what’s called The Kiss Technique. This involves combining two psychological concepts into a perfect recipe for mastering the kiss.
The first concept is called triangular gazing. This will happen while you have built rapport and are looking to move into seduction. It involves looking from one eye to another, then looking at her mouth. When you start looking at her mouth, you will subconsciously start to think about kissing her, because this action is already anchored to the thought of kissing someone. Even if you look at a woman you’re not attracted to and look at her mouth, you can start to think about kissing her, and you will become MORE attracted to her.
The good news is…the same happens for women. The even BETTER news is…you can lead her to subconsciously start to do this and feel more attracted. How? By using the second half of the recipe…another psychological concept called Mirroring.
Whenever we are in conversation with someone, we will mirror the leader of the conversation in an attempt to build subconscious rapport with them. When you perfectly combine triangular gazing and mirroring, you have a combination that will make her subconsciously think about kissing you.
After talking with her in rapport, start to look at her mouth. At first, only for 2 seconds, then look back to her eyes. Switch between her left and right eye, then back to her mouth for a few seconds longer. Continue to go from left to right eye and back to her mouth for 2 seconds, 3 seconds, then 5 seconds. Eventually, you want to be mostly looking at her mouth. When she begins to look at your mouth as well, you know for sure that she’s ready to kiss you. Voila!
The Kiss Technique takes all of the guess work out of “making a move”.
You will now know with confidence when she wants to kiss you, and get to be the fully assertive but perceptive man that women find irresistibly sexy. She will feel like you know exactly how to treat a woman and feel safe and confident moving on with you.

After taking a battering during the events of The Avengers, Tony Stark has invested in a much-needed armour upgrade. The Mark 42 suit uses advanced nano-technology and can be assembled by Tony using remote synaptic link. This latest iteration doesn't get an easy ride, however, as Tony barely makes it out alive after his home comes under attack from The Mandarin's helicopters. The ability to manipulate the suit through his mind opens up new storytelling possibilities, chief of which involves Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts (more on that later).
